Woodbine Migration Services is a global migration firm rendering immigration services. Woodbine has a ‘passion’ for immigration law and promises to provide first-class client service. They’re committed to putting clients first and according to their website, they go beyond what’s expected in order to achieve results. They’re updated with the changes made within immigration law and are proactive in addressing any challenges. “We adhere strictly to the Migration Agent’s code of conduct and strive to service our clients with professional integrity and honesty.” Although there are claims made of being registered and an ICCRC logo appears at the bottom of the home page, we cannot confirm that they are in good standing with the ICCRC as under the “Team” tab there is only one senior executive partner named, who is supposedly a registered migration agent but only seems to be affiliated with Australian immigration. We also tried entering the company name on the ICCRC website came up with no results. Woodbine offers immigration services for Australia, Canada, UK, USA and Cyprus, and their head office is in Australia, with a second branch in Dubai.

The website for Woodbine Migration is basic yet effective, as well as easy enough for the average person to navigate yet there is evidence of a technical background. The website appears to be rich in content and is well-written and easy to understand, however only give a brief synopsis of each program. This website has client ‘Testimonials’ just above the footer of the home page as well as on rotation under the ‘Insights’ tab, which is filled with praise reports and well-wishes. The website does not contain a Privacy Policy nor a Terms and Conditions policy. The services Woodbine has to offer includes; Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Program Application, Canadian PR application, Partner Visa, Visit Visa, Work Visa, Student Visa and others. A Free Assessment is also offered. The website has a ‘News’ and ‘Social Media’ tab but both lead to an error page. It has a blog but is not updated regularly and the last post was on May 2018 and before that December 2017. This is unfortunate as there have been immigration policies and programs that have been updated and changed since then. The website is however secure which is great new for clients making payments and submitting personal information online.
 

Social Media & Online Reviews

As far as Woodbine Migration’s online presence goes, the only social media platform we found for the company is Facebook. The page has minimal interaction, no reviews, and a small following. However, the older posts on the website are informative and intriguing. The pattern of their former posts are genuinely quite good, all that needs improvements is regular updates. Judging by these posts, this company does have the potential to be noticed by clients. We then went on to find a Woodbine Migration Services Dubai Facebook page with an 8k following which is updated regularly with informative posts. It has a review section with only one review dated back to December 2018 and unanswered requests and strangely 6 recommendations. Once again this page does not have much interaction and strangely there is no link on the website. The website does, however, have links to Instagram and twitter accounts however the Instagram has 18 followers with no posts and twitter a rather dismal 4 followers with the last post dating back to 2017.
 

Conclusion

Overall, it has been a pleasure updating our review on this company as they have made many great improvements which are greatly admired. It is clear the company took into account our concerns and genuinely made changes where changes were needed and we applaud them for that. However, this company has not given us enough reasons to confidently recommend due to a lack of RCICs. As always, we recommend proceeding with caution as you always should when dealing with sensitive matters such as immigration.
