About Visas Avenue

Apart from mentioning that they are an immigration consultancy service practising for over 5 years that was established in 2013, their website makes no mention of who heads the company or the people who work there. They claim to be “specialized in Canada and Australia PR”  with a 90% success rate. They are based in India with offices in:

  • Delhi;
  • Hyderabad;
  • Bangalore;
  • Mumbai
They claim to offer immigartion services to Canada, Australia, USA, the UK, New Zealand and Denmark as well as helping with “Germany Job Seeker Visas” and “Hong Kong Quality Migrant Admission Scheme”. I this review however we will be focussing solely on their Canadian immigration services.

Services

As per their “About Us” page their services include:

  • Free Assessments of Profiles;
  • Creation of Profile;
  • Documentation assistance;
  • Visa applications filing; and
  • Application follow up.

These services are apparently provided by hundreds of professionals, however they are clearly not name so we are unable to confirm this statement. In the footer, we found registration numbers for their MARA and RCICs. Upon entering the registration number on the ICCRC website we found that they are outsourcing an RCIC by the name of Mr Mohit Ghai, who according to the website is registered with CanAccess Immigration Services in Punjab, India.
The website is simple and easy to navigate however we found many errors which should be corrected if we are to regard them as a reputable immigartion agency. Their immigration information is sufficient and we are pleased to report that they regularly update changes to the immigration programs. They offer information on most of the programs however have left out Most of the Provincial Nominee Programs which is strange as it is one of the easiest programs to immigrate via after the Express Entry and Family Sponsorship programs. They have a News and Blog section on the website which is updated regularly with relevant immigration information. The page has a terms and conditions and privacy policies in the footer of the website, however we could not find a refund policy.

Social Media

They seem to have an active social media presence with Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and Youtube accounts. Their Facebook page has over 11,000 followers with regular posts regarding immigration. They do not have much user interaction and unfortunately their reviews page has been disabled and we are therefore not able to comment on client feedback. The Twitter page has 1,578 followers, was created in 2013 and is also regularly updated with the same content as on their Facebook page. Unfortunately they do not have much user interaction on the platform. Their LinkedIn page has 849 followers and once again has the same content uploaded on their feed. Surprisingly, the Youtube channel has over 30k followers with only 6 videos. This is extremely strange and we are not convinced of the validity of these subscribers.

Conclusion

There is much to like about Visas Avenue. They really seem to know quite a bit about immigration and the content on their site is reliable, useful and detailed. They have a registered RCIC and their social media presence is strong They offer free evaluations and they ensure that all of your information will be safe with them. On the negative side, we found it quite concerning that they do not mention anything about refund policies. We are therefore confident that they are able to assist with immigration and visa application to Canada. Have you dealt with Visas Avenue?
