Polinsys OverSeas Career Specialist states that they help with migration to Australia, New Zealand and Canada. The business focuses on student immigration, work visas, and permanent resident applications.

Their website is easy to navigate. Many of the articles on their site have very detailed information about certain immigration programs. This is impressive as most sites do not normally give so much useful information. The company offers free online evaluation services, which we found to be a nice touch. However, we are disappointed by the lack of a Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy on their site. Whether these missing documents are elsewhere on the site and can only be received if you become a client, we do not know.

Links to the social media platforms of Polinsys can be found in the top right-hand corner on their home page. The company has a very small following of 1,817 on Facebook. The Facebook page is from the Mississauga office. It seems there are no pages from their other offices, which we thought was strange. On the bright side, they do post regularly. We were happy to see that they have enabled their review button. Unfortunately, we only found 4 people who actually wrote reviews. Strangely, all the customer testimonials posted on the Facebook page were not included on the actual review page. We also noticed that their response rate on messenger is very slow, with the company taking up to a day to reply to users. Their Youtube page is a lot more impressive, with over 2,000 subscribers and videos which are very informative. 
 

 We are happy about some of the main content on their website. We liked that their authorized representatives were registered professionals. We are worried that the site does not have a Refund, Privacy Policy or Terms and Conditions, which are designed to help clients and protect the business. We are also let down by the social media accounts of the company.
