The website for Pahl and Associates is well designed, streamlined and easy to use. There is a lot of information available on the website and they seem quite knowledgeable about the various immigration visas for Canada. When you search for Pahl and Associates it comes up as visa2canada.com. Pahl and Associates have another immigration company that deals with immigration to the UK. This website is not linked to the immigration to Canada website which is a little strange. The layout of this website is pretty similar to that of visa2canada.com. The website also warns people of possible scams regarding immigrating to Canada and shares links to check if RCIC agents are legit. The website is secure however there is no privacy policy, terms, and conditions or refund policy. The blog is extremely outdated and underutilized, with a total of 4 blogs, the last of which is dated December 22, 2017. There is a page dedicated to testimonials, the last of which was dated to 2018. We usually do not pay too much attention to testimonials as it is difficult to verify them.

Pahl and Associates have a Facebook page that has a mere 68 followers, even though they do post regularly, there doesn’t seem to be much interaction. There are some reviews that date back to 2018, all of which are positive. There is also a LinkedIn button on the page however when you click on it, it links to the testimonial page. There doesn’t seem to be any other social media platforms linked to the company however there is a video for YouTube on their website which is fairly basic. The information on the video makes it seem like Pahl and Associates only deals with Canadian citizens living in the UK. Social media presence in today’s world is extremely important as it is a form of free advertising for companies. When we first came across the website we were a little unsure about the legitimacy of the company. However, upon further research, we found out that Pahl and Associates do have a company presence. When looking for reviews or complaints we found some positive feedback about Pahl and Associates and Mr. Balvinder Pahl. There are also a lot of testimonials on the visa2canada.com website about the services that Mr. Pahl provides.
 

I can confirm Pahl & Associates were efficient and prompt with dealing with my Immigration process. They guided me through the application form thoroughly, including the time lines and answered the many questions I had. Without the help of Pahl & Associates, I have no doubt the whole process would have been more stressful. I can not recommend them enough.
