Open Door Immigration Services is a Canadian immigration consultancy, operating out of Edmonton. Mina Truong is Open Door Immigration’s regulated ICCRC member, having obtained her Immigration Practitioner Certificate from Seneca College in Toronto, Ontario. She is hereby allowed to represent clients in their immigration-related matters. Open Door Immigration Services take delight in the fact that they deliver fair and honest services.

There is nothing high-tech about this website, as all the information you need is part of a great design that is easy to understand and read. The company’s website does contain a privacy policy which clearly states the way in which your personal documentations will be handled and protected. This puts clients at ease.  The website has a “Latest Topics” tab which functions as a news option as it keeps clients updated with immigration-related news articles.  Their website is filled with useful tools and information that we find extremely helpful. Open Door Immigration offers assistance in; Sponsorship of spouses, parents and other family members, Permanent Residence applications and Express Entry for skilled workers, live-in caregivers, self-employed persons, Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program, work and study permits, visitor visas and Supervisas and others. A pop-up notice comes on the screen stating that their main aim is to provide quality service and because of this, they will no longer be taking on any more clients. We are uncertain as to whether this is permanent or just for the time being. However, we do feel this is temporary as the website probably would have been taken down completely if this was not the case.
 

Social Media & Online Review
 

We found that Open Door Immigration only has a Facebook profile and no other traceable social media accounts. Upon assessing their Facebook account, we found that is hopelessly outdated and doesn’t have much going on either. With just over 100 likes for their page and the last update dating back to February 2015, social media surely doesn’t have enough of their attention. They’ve got one 5-star review which is just a rating with no written comment. We then went on a search to get a feel of their overall online presence. We stumbled upon three Google reviews which are mixed opinions.
 

Conclusion

We can tell that Open Door Immigration Services are thorough and precise when it comes to their services. We applaud their efforts shown and can tell time and effort goes into every client’s case. They are more than able to handle your immigration matters as they’re experienced and regulated.
