Martineau & Mindicanu is a licensed immigration consultancy, specializing in Canadian immigration. Offering a range of various services, they come fully equipped as members of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) as well as members of the Quebec Immigration Consultants Registry and Commissioners of Oaths. Yves Martineau and Mihaela Mindicanu are both members if the ICCRC. Yves Martineau has over 10 years’ of experience in the immigration field and was an official representative for the Quebec government. He speaks fluently French and English and holds a journalism degree. Mihaela Mindicanu has specialized in the field of Canadian Immigration Law and has a Bachelor in Communication Sciences, with vast experience in the immigration field.
 

Martineau & Mindicanu’s website is simple at its best, so much so that it almost seems cold and lifeless. The colour scheme and design is not warm and inviting at all and since websites are to be enjoyed visually, this is where Martineau & Mindicanu fails. The website lacks greatly in content which doesn’t fill the void the design creates. The website also contains a blog which is accessible from their website, but to our dismay, this website is hopelessly outdated with posts dating back to August 2015. Most importantly, the website does not possess a privacy policy and terms and conditions. Services Martineau & Mindicanu offer includes; permanent resident visas and their programs such as skilled workers, Quebec Skilled workers, entrepreneur, investors, self-employed, family reunification, provincial nominees and others. Temporary residence visa; study permits, work permits, visitor visa, live-in caregiver. Their consulting services consist of; evaluation of your profile, determining the best immigration options, preparation for the interviews with government officials, preparation for the labour market and much more.
 

Martineau & Mindicanu seems to have mastered social media. They have both Facebook and Twitter accounts which seem to be in top shape. Their Twitter account has over 1 800 followers and has plenty of activity and interaction going on, the only downfall though is that it doesn’t seem to be updated regularly. Their Facebook has over 14 000 likes and 288 reviews. What we noticed on both accounts was that majority of its posts were in Spanish. Their official website is, however, available in English, French and Spanish which explains the Spanish social media posts. Their overall online presence could be pushed to greater heights if they ultimately wanted to.
 

Martineau & Mindicanu may have an unenthusiastic website, but the fact that they are regulated members of the ICCRC proves their legitimacy. They have given us no reason to doubt their validity. We would love to see those two important documents (privacy policy and terms and conditions) on their website in the future.
