About Jet Immigration
Upon inspection of the CICC website, it is clear that Mr. Soni is not only a registered RCIC but updates his status every year to remain on top of Canadian immigration and regulations. Upon first impression, it's clear that this company is highly respected and in good standing with both Canadian immigration regulatory boards like the CICC and ThreeBest, as well as with their clientele based on their Google reviews score of 4.7 and their 4.5-star rating on Trustpilot.
Website & Services
The website for Jet Immigration is neatly set up without flamboyance or attempt to overdo it. Many of the pages are easily accessible. However, they neither have a refund policy nor a FAQ page. None of their disclaimers, terms of service, or legal documentation are easily accessible on their site. Adding this can help to further their legitimacy with new users and boost their authority as an immigration service. However, the website does offer free assessment services. In terms of services, Jet Immigration considers itself to be a one-stop immigration consultancy firm, and it offers the following services:
- Student Visa
- Tourist Visa
- Family Sponsorship
- Business Immigration
- Pilot Programs
- Visa refusal and immigration appeals
- Express Entry
Their website has very little in the way of Canadian immigration content. While they do have a blog, it hasn't been updated in over two months, and overall, the blog has only created around 44 articles since 2016, over seven years. This lack of content, regular uploads, and depth of knowledge and expertise within each blog detracts from the company's overall legitimacy. This seems like such an oversight for a company that seems to take such pride in the quality of its services and treatment of customers. This is definitely an area that needs improvement.
Social Media
Instagram is their largest platform, with over 10,700 followers. Their Instagram content and upload schedule mirrors their Facebook content. As that content is primarily Instagram reels, it's clear why their larger following is on Instagram.
Their YouTube Channel is small, with under 350 subscribers. This is likely due to the relatively small number of videos posted and their irregular upload schedule. Twitter has a very small following of just over 220 people. The same issues that permeate throughout their lacking social media platforms are highly present here, as there have not been any uploads since March 2023. If they want to communicate their legitimacy effectively and engage a far wider audience, they must put consistent effort across their social media platforms.
