About Invicta Law Corporation

Invicta Law Corporation is a firm based in Vancouver, Canada and claims to “help people and companies achieve their business and personal goals while providing quality advice and legal counsel”. It is headed up by a lawyer named Maria Campos, but her affiliation with the ICCRC is not mentioned.

 

Website and Services

The website of Invicta Law Corporation boasts a professional and simple design. There is a picture of what appears to be a team of consultants, but the website only names and expands on two of them: Their main representative, Maria Campos, and Min Baek. There is no affiliation with the ICCRC and upon further investigation, we found that neither of the named consultants is registered RCIC’s. Their services with regards to Canadian Immigration include Provincial Nominee Program, Caregiver Program, and Business Immigration to name a few. There’s a tab on the website that reads “payments” but when you click on it, it asks you for a password which looks quite bad in terms of transparency. In addition, the website does not display a privacy policy or terms and conditions. 

 

Social Media
 

Links to the social media platforms of Invicta Law Corporation cannot be found on the homepage of their website. On the “contact us” tab there is a link to their Facebook, which has a modest following of a little over 500 people. However, there’s not much engagement or enough reviews for us to get a proper idea of what people think of the company. Sadly, no links to a Twitter or Instagram can be found.

 

Conclusion
 

Although Invicta Law Corporation comes off as a very professional company but sadly, we simply do not have enough information to back that up. They make no mention of registered RCIC’s, no terms and conditions and no privacy policy. They lack transparency with regards to the costs of their services and are not active enough on social media to give us an idea of how they interact with consumers.
