Website and Services
The website layout is very impressive, easy to navigate, with links to useful information which is clearly labeled. In addition to that, the website has an immigration news link. It is well updated with the latest and relevant information about immigration. A Contact Us page is also available with all their contact details and addresses. More importantly, the website has an online Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and T & Cs pages. Immigration Xperts claim to offer free assessment services. They claim it's because they want a client to know their chances before proceeding with their application so as to make realistic expectations. They also claim to have a 100% success rate in their immigration applications. They provide with Visa applications, but not limited to:
- Student Visa
- Family Sponsorship

Social Media
Links to the social media platforms of the company can be found in the footer of the website. The Facebook page has a steady following of over 13,000 people. The posts are regular and relevant to immigration, which is good.
Conclusion
All in all, we have been very impressed with Immigration Xperts. It helps that they have a regulated RCIC on their books. Their website and most of its content are well written and relevant, however, they could do better in updating their blog section as they do with the immigration news section. On the other hand, we are concerned that a company of their stature, handling immigration services to a number of foreign countries only has one RCIC on their team.
