Website and services

The website for Global-Migrate is visually appealing, user-friendly and has a wow-factor that grabs one's attention. The website contains much of the information that any client or potential client would like to see such as the privacy and refund policy, as well as terms and conditions. Global-Migrate also provides a free assessment platform on their website and there is an accreditation page which states both the name and RCIC code for their Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, Mr. Rajat Khera. Navigating through the Global-Migrate website is easy and much of the information is simple to locate, however, we perused through much of their content and noticed a few arrangement and spelling errors. In terms of services, Global-Migrate has an impressive array of immigration visa options that they offer their clients, some of these include:
  • Study visa
  • Provincial Nominee Program
  • Express Entry
  • Green Card Program
  • Permanent Residency
  • Family visa
  • Tourist visa
  • Parental visa

The website is secure which means that clients can rest assured that there is little risk of having their personal information fall into the wrong hands. The blog is regularly updated with relevant posts, however, lack the appeal of the rest of the website.  Perhaps some pictures could add to the visual interest of the platform. Although there are no links to social media platforms from the website, we did manage to find a social media presence.

Social Media and Online Review

Global-Migrate has a fairly decent social media presence and has Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn pages. Their Facebook page is the most active with regular updates posted about the various visa immigration news and it has respectable 206,135 followers. We noticed that the account manager does good work of replying to comments however sometimes misses a few comments. There seems to be a number of Twitter pages, which all seem to be completely neglected. The UK and UAE Twitter account have 569 followers and 1,260 tweets although their latest tweet dates back to 2017. The UK Twitter account has a dismal 95 followers and stopped posting in 2011. There is also what seems to be a very new Twitter account which we hope will evolve into an active and engaging platform. The LinkedIn page also seems to be fairly new with only 26 connection, no followers or posts. Perhaps they are in the process of revamping their social media presence before adding them to the website. In terms of reviews on Global-Migrate, our research led us to a number of reviews and they seem to have a relatively positive image in the global immigration industry.

Conclusion:

After conducting thorough research, we have come to the conclusion that Global-Migrate is legitimate and regulated by industry regulators such as the ICCRC and are lawfully capable of handling international immigration matters. However, we have some concerns such as the need to clear out the errors appearing in their content and we would also like to see more transparency from them, especially in terms of their ownership and team members. Their social media presence can definitely be improved but we will give them the benefit of the doubt that they are in the process of doing so. Their blog could also do with some sprucing up to match the appeal of the main website.
