We checked on the ICCRC website and Ms. Zhu is a legitimate immigration consultant. Ms. Zhu is fluent in English and Mandarin. There is no other RCIC agent that is listed on the website. Mr. William Yeung is an Ontario Chartered Professional Accountant and a US Certified Public Accountant. William also belongs to the CAPIC and he has an extensive understanding of the Canadian economy and business market. Mr. Yeung is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Ms. Li-Li is a legal assistant at the company and she has a great deal of experience consulting clients with their immigration and studying issues in Canada, the U.S., the UK, and Australia. 
 

The website for Global Link Immigration is professional looking and provides you with relevant Canadian immigration information. Each Canadian visa application has information about it and what you need to do. There are a privacy policy and a refund policy on the website but there is nothing on each of these pages. There are no terms and conditions. The website does offer a free assessment form to start you off but Global Link Immigration also gives you an idea of what their consultation fees are once you contact them and request their help. Another offer that Global Link Immigration offers is their UK, US, and Australian Educational Consulting and Visa Applications. Global Link Immigration will help you transfer or apply from a Canadian institute to another institute in the US, the UK, and Australia.
