About CISdesk

In this CISdesk review, we'll take a closer look at the Canadian-based immigration consultancy. CISdesk seems to offer services which include visa applications, job search support, and international staffing. They also seem to provide interview coaching services to simulate live immigration interview sessions to educate and inform clients on the appropriate responses to different situations.
CISdesk does not seem to be regulated and does not provide information on whether they have any RCICs or immigration lawyers. This is quite strange considering how they often reference the need for an RCIC on its website.
CISdesk does not seem to have any information on how long they’ve been around or what its operating hours are like. Where its website does provide information on its physical location, its Google my business page states a different address. This is also quite concerning.

Website

Upon landing on the CISdesk website we find that the text and images seem to be a bit too big and this makes it less easy on the eye. The website does provide some good general information but lacks detail on the services that they provide.
The CISdesk website has tabs for its immigration team along with one titled 'RCIC'. Where you’d expect even just a little information on the relative immigration lawyer/s, it provides absolutely no information on the individual\s in question.
The CISdesk website offers no information on its pricing, however, promotes a $19 fee for the option to purchase a copy of its digital magazine. There are no videos or FAQs and the live chat feature does not work. This defeats the purpose of a quick and convenient live chat feature.
The only good thing that stands out about the website is that they provide detailed information on both its Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Social Media

Upon landing on the CISdesk website, we notice that they only have a link to one social media platform, Facebook. When checking its Facebook page we notice that where they do have a decent amount of likes and followers, they are not very active at all and do not respond to client queries or concerns. The same can be said for its Google my business page which has no client reviews and also has unanswered queries. The lack of activity and responsiveness is yet again another concern when seeking transparency.
When searching for reviews for CISdesk, we find that there are not many available and the ones present mostly relate to bad experiences with mentions of scams.

Conclusion

The conclusion of this CISdesk review is that they, unfortunately, do not provide enough details on their services and pricing. We are unable to confirm any RCICs or immigration lawyers or legitimate experiences from their clients. This along with the generality of its website does not leave much room for trust.
