About Canadian Provincial Nominee & Immigration Services

Canadian Provincial Nominee & Immigration Services or also known as CPNIS and it is a Canadian immigration company that was founded in 1996. CPNIS has both RCIC agents and Canadian immigration lawyers that work for the company. The RCIC agents for CPNIC are Dr. Fereidon Alemi (R406631) and Ashkhan Alemi (R406639). There are no other agents listed or any lawyers listed on the website. On the website, CPNIC claims to operate in over 44 countries with their head office in Toronto, Ontario and another Canadian office in Calgary, Alberta. There is also an office in Manila, the Philippines for their Asia-Pacific business. CPNIS also claims to deal with over 35 000 applicants from South East Asia alone.

The Website

The website for CPNIC is pretty basic in its layout and information. Not much effort has gone into the website with regards to detail. There is a privacy policy but there is no refund policy or terms and conditions. We checked the ICCRC website to see if Dr. Fereidon Alemi and Ashkhan Alemi are legitimate RCIC agents that are qualified to do immigration to Canada and they are. However, they fail to list any of the other consultants or immigration lawyers they work with on their website.  Under Immigration Services there is a list of the different visa applications that you can choose from. When you click on any of these, you are directed to the relevant section on the Immigration Services page. However, the information provided on these visas is extremely limited.

Our Conclusion

CPNIS has given us no reason to doubt their legitimacy but there are some steps they can take to improve their overall image of a reputable company. These steps include adding terms and conditions to their site, improving the quality of the co0ntent they post and adding links to social media platforms on their website.
