Website & Services

The website for APM Immigration is neatly and professionally done but it isn’t very pleasant on the eye, with a lot to take in. Though the tabs are touching on everything we look for, the actual content is poor. It is too consolidated and clients need a lot more than what they have presented. We believe one important factor of a website is the ‘About Us’ page and when this page doesn’t tell us about them, they’ve failed. In the footer of this website, it appears to have a Privacy Policy, unfortunately, this tab is not clickable. The website is available in English as well as in Mandarin. Overall this website is incomplete and needs more work. APM Immigration offers assistance in the following programs; Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Program, Federal Skilled Worker Program, Federal Skilled Trades Program, Canadian Experience Class, Study Permit, Off-Campus Work Permit, Post Grad Work Permit, Work Permit, Visitor Temporary Resident Visas. No free services are offered i.e. free eligibility assessment. Once again we’re faced with really brief descriptions and the information presented is not sufficient, especially for new clients.

Social Media

Links to the social media platforms of APM Immigration can be found in both the footer and header of the website. However, it is quite misleading because the links simply take you back to the home page of the website. Whether this is intentional or a mistake on behalf of the company, should be fixed.

Conclusion

As we conclude this review we feel as though we haven’t learned enough about this company. We are not satisfied and would like to see and know more, much more. However, we can affirm that they are in fact regulated ICCRC members and can therefore lawfully handle your immigration matters. In the future, we would like to see better content and descriptions, social media accounts and Privacy Policy as well as Terms and Conditions documents.
